Is financial aid available for students at Apex?

Federal student aid is available to all students who meet the basic eligibility requirements. Apex's Financial Aid Office staff members can assist you in determining what types of financial aid may be available to you and will help guide you through the application process. Financial aid includes grant programs and loan programs. Grants are awarded based upon financial need, while student loan programs are available to all eligible students, regardless of the student's financial situation.

What are the requirements of trade school?

To enroll in a program at Apex, you must be at least 17 years of age and have parental consent if you are under 18. You may be enrolled if you are 16 1/2 years old and have a release letter from your New York State high school. If you do not have a high school diploma or equivalency certificate (GED), you must achieve a satisfactory score on a standardized examination. After completing an interest form, you will then have an interview with an Admissions Representative at Apex to receive more information and determine if Apex is right for you.
