For Parents & Guardians
The trades are hiring. Your student can be ready in months.
AI is changing a lot of careers. It still can't fix a burst pipe, wire a building, or weld a beam. Apex Technical School has trained New Yorkers for hands-on work since 1961, and today's students finish in as little as 7 months, ready to start in trades that have to be done by a person, in person. Programs run for as little as 7 months, with day and evening schedules at two campuses: Long Island City, Queens, and Midtown Manhattan. Classes are small, instructors come from the trade, and financial aid is available for those who qualify.
